CCWR Sanctuary Cats

There is a serious need for permanent homes for cats. Cat shelters and rescue organizations always have a large selection of cats available for adoption. Spaying and neutering of all cats under your care is an essential part of the solution.

Domino

Domino

Domino came to CCWR along with the angora and nubian goat members of the Angora Goat Sanctuary. Although she is young and small, she is very self-confident, adventurous and assertive. She enjoys exploring all parts of the farm and was happy to discover cat doors leading to the comforts inside the house.

Diez

Diez is a tiny black cat who looks like a kitten. We took her in when her owner moved to an apartment and couldn't keep her. She's about 5 years old and keeps to herself, hiding under the covers in a bed rather that interacting with the other cats. However, she does enjoy human company.

Lemony Snicket

Lemony Snicket

In 2005, Lemony Snicket was found by a young girl in a field when he was the size of a mouse! After a few days of bottle feeding, he was transferred into our care. Despite all odds, this tough and determined little kitten survived and has thrived to become the confident cat we continue to know and love. Lem is affectionate and self-confident, swaggering around the house with his tail held high. He likes to play rough, but also loves to be carried and cuddled.
